Shipping Information

Borge’s Imaging is a small business, and while we would love to stock everything from our website in store, there are limitations. Due to this, not all items are carried at our premises and may need to be ordered in or directly shipped from a partner warehouse. If there is an item that you urgently require, it is highly recommended to call or email ahead of time and confirm availability.

If there is an express service available within the freight fee paid, we will always choose this over a standard service. If however, you definitely require your goods to be sent express, we ask you to please contact us beforehand.

Almost all our items will be shipped with a signature on delivery service. This is for insurance purposes. If you will not be at the delivery address to sign for the goods, we may be able to send the goods on an ATL (Authority to leave) service, however, this does vary from item to item. The ATL service sometimes incurs an additional fee and voids freight insurance, so will be provided at the customer’s own risk.

In some instances, the specified shipping rate will be invalid. This occurs when items have an unusual weight to size ratio, resulting in an unsuitable calculation. In these cases, we will contact you and offer the option of a revised shipping rate, or if this is unsuitable, a refund. 

We aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of the order, subject to payment and availability. Orders received before 1pm will normally be dispatched the same day subject to availability. 

Orders received during weekends, public holidays and over the Christmas period will be processed on the next working day.

Australian mainland delivery is normally between 2-5 days. In some cases, we are able to offer a 24 hour or same day delivery service. Please contact our sales office for details and shipping prices for these options.

Click and Collect orders will receive an email and/or a phone call once the goods are ready for collection. Sometimes we need a little time to process these and will let you know if there are any delays with your order being ready to collect. If you have not heard from us and require the goods urgently feel free to follow up by phone or email.
