Profoto D2 Duo 500/500 AirTTL 2-Light Kit

The D2 500 head by Profoto is the next step in flash evolution. A monoblock head that recycles to full power in only .6 seconds. Compared to their previous model the D1 500, this head recycles in at almost half the time. Compared to other brands out there, it just blows them away.  

In Freeze mode these heads can achieve flash speeds as fast as 1/63,000 of a second, which is faster than most studio floor packs on the market. This makes them the perfect tool for freezing motion and keeping it tack sharp. It also has a burst rate of up to 20 flashes per second, so you can pick the perfect frame in the action.  

The D2's are also HSS compatible with the Profoto AIR TTL up to 1/8000 of a second, allowing you to have full control of the lighting outside. Along with HSS the D2's are also capable of TTL metering. This allows for ultra fast shooting. Just walk up to your shot, take a frame in TTL, press the TTL trigger (sold separately) to manual mode and fine tune your power output from there.
