The platform mounts directly to a 3/8" tripod base for easy configuration, while the case provides access to the computer's ports. If that's not enough, this case even features a passive flow-through cooling system to help keep your laptop cool even in warm conditions. When you're finished, you can pack up your laptop in this case with a built-in laptop safety strap and rugged zippers to keep it safe when on the go. This case features a replaceable tripod mount allowing the mount to be changed out in the event that it is accidentally cross-threaded. Please note, this product is designed to attach to a tripod base not a lighting stand. If used incorrectly on a light stand you may damage the platform mount or your equipment.
